He also urged the Vietnamese embassy in Libya to cooperate with labour exporters and Libyan partners to handle any issues that may arise.
More than 1,000 Vietnamese workers had to be brought back to Vietnam in 2011 due to the political crisis and violence in Libya.
The current situation in this North African nation is stable so many companies are resuming their labour contracts with Vietnamese labour exporters to recruit more guest workers.
Workers from many countries have returned to Libya to look for jobs. On June 4 this year, the MOLISA allowed the SONA labour export company to send 18 Vietnamese workers to this market.
With the PM’s approval, Vietnam hopes to meet the target of sending 90,000 workers abroad by the end of this year.
