In another all-Hanoian final in the men's singles snooker event, Pham Hoai Nguyen defeated Pham Hoang to take the gold medal.

Nguyen Phuong Thao of HCM City overcame Le Quang Trung of Ha Noi to win a gold medal in the men's singles 8-ball.

In the men's singles carom1, Ma Anh Cam of HCM City won a gold medal with a convincing 100-62 win over Da Nang's Nguyen Thanh Long.

The tournament, which will end today, Aug 11, at the Dac Lac Gymnasium in the Highlands province of Dac Lac, attracted 120 players (including 18 females) from 12 provinces and cities.

Players from Ha Noi, HCM City, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Binh Dinh, An Giang, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa and Kien Giang compete in eight events: men's singles 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball, women's singles 8-ball, men singles carom 1 and carom 3, men's singles snooker and men's singles English Billiards.
