Many investors who gave up casino development projects some years ago are considering returning as the government has turned the green light on allowing Vietnamese to go to casinos.

Casinos may open to Vietnamese: draft law

Vietnamese may be able to visit casinos if they are 21 years old or older and earn at least VND10 million a month, or if they are third-level taxpayers with high personal income, according to a draft decree on casino management.
