VietNamNet Bridge – The Vietnam Buddhist Shangha on December 11 held a lantern festival in the northern port city of Hai Phong to call for assistance for flood victims in the central Vietnam, pray for peace and prosperity for the country and pray for peace for the souls of martyrs.
The event had the participation of 5000 Buddhists and monks.

The Goddess of Mercy with thousands of arms and eyes.
