VietNamNet Bridge - Many playgrounds for children and older people in dormitories and urban areas in Hanoi are being misused. Some 17,000 people in Trung Phung Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi have only 30 m2 of playground, reported the Hanoi’s People's Council at a recent session.
