The Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee has signed Plan No. 294/KH-UBND, issued on October 30, 2025, announcing a 2025 youth dialogue program.

The event aims to provide a direct dialogue platform between city leadership and young people, enabling authorities to understand the issues they face and promptly address challenges related to their legitimate rights and interests. It is also a step toward ensuring effective implementation of state and municipal policies related to youth.

Through this dialogue, the government also seeks to disseminate key policies from the Communist Party and state, as well as Hanoi’s regulations supporting youth development. The program is designed to encourage active youth participation in shaping and advancing the capital’s future.

The event, themed “Hanoi youth: Igniting aspiration - leading innovation - acting responsibly,” will invite questions, concerns, and suggestions from young participants in key focus areas. These include building a healthy educational environment for adolescents; developing digital citizenship among youth; fostering innovation, science, and technology; driving youth-led economic initiatives; and supporting global integration and cross-cultural engagement.

The dialogue is scheduled to take place in person at 8:00 a.m. on November 27. Around 50 invited guests and 200 youth participants are expected to attend.

Chairman Tran Sy Thanh has tasked the Department of Home Affairs with coordinating efforts alongside the Hanoi Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation of Hanoi, various city departments, and the people’s committees of communes and wards. These entities are responsible for preparing content, logistics, and communications for the event.
