The exhibition of South Korean Ceramics opened in Hanoi on December 6, marking the 25th Anniversary of the Vietnam – South Korea diplomatic relations establishment.

The exhibition offers a rare glimpse into some 90 ceramic works featuring four types of Korean traditional ceramics, including Dogi pottery from the Shilla period, celadon-glazed Cheongja from Goryo dynasty, white Baekja from the Chosun period, gray Buncheong sagi and Onggi ceramics.

The display also takes viewers through the process of making ceramics, presenting a vast number of tools that artists would use to produce such beautiful objects

The event  co-organized by the Korean Ceramic Society, the Korean Ceramic Foundation and the South Korean Embassy in Hanoi runs until December 10.
