VietNamNet Bridge – A large amount of oil spilled on Ho Tung Mau Street, Hanoi, making dozens of motorcycles slip and fall on the street this morning, October 15.


The slick streaks lasted for nearly two miles from the intersection of Ho Tung
 Mau - Le Duc Tho to Cau Dien (Tu Liem district), making many people miserable.
Dozens of motorcycles were slippery and fell down on the road.
Some victims said they had detected the oil slicks and they drove
 very careful but they still fell.
Many people missed school, working hours because their clothes were dirty.

Upon detecting the incident, the functional forces placed warning
signs on the road.
Environmental workers poured sand on the street to absorb oil.
The incident caused traffic jams from Ho Tung Mau to Cau Dien.
