A Bulgarian festival to commemorate the country’s national day will be held at Ho Guom Cultural Information Centre in Hanoi between March 2 and 4.

The City’s People’s Committee has asked a group of relevant agencies to come together and help the Bulgarian Embassy in Vietnam complete the procedures and organise the event.

The long-standing festival, the third of its kind to be held in Hanoi, will be celebrating the National Day of Bulgaria, which falls on March 3, and the 69th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at 9:00 on March 2.

Previously, the Bulgaria Rose Festival had been held at Thong Nhat Park in 2017 and Ho Tay Water Park in 2018.
