The railway viaduct spans on Phung Hung Street have been left in a mess after an art project to turn it into a canvas was temporarily halted.

The project carried out by South Korean artists started on November 3, however, according to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, paintings needed to be 'revised' because they didn't like their content. So, the project has been halted and South Korean artists have returned home.

The place for the project implementation has been surrounded by fences to wait for the resumption, leaving there to be in a mess with steel frames, tools and construction materials. Particularly, some sections have turned into parking lots.
