The two projects have been approved by Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Van Khoi.

The parking lot on Nguyen Cong Hoan Street (Ba Dinh district) will be built over an area of 1.800m2, in which 1.000m2 will be devoted to build 17 blocks of four-story steel frame houses.

The one on Tran Nhat Duat Street (Hoan Kiem district) will have an area of over 2.300m2, with seven blocks of 4-store steel frame houses.

Next to each car park is an operating building, the home for guards, the room for backup power generators and the internal courtyard.

It is expected that the works will be completed by 2015.
