VietNamNet Bridge – At this special fair, held once a year, people can buy things of the past, from old bikes to old fans, old lamps, old clocks, old glass and old pens, etc.

Hanoi’s antique collectors all know about the annual antique fair on Hang Ma Street. This is a chance for nostalgic people to come and buy things of the past. However, the fair today is no longer the same. There are not many sellers who have deep knowledge about antiques. The items for sale are not as good as before. It is understandable that in modern life, old values are being pushed away.

The fair is the idea of some members of the old French bicycle club in Hanoi, to meet the needs of exchange antiques.

The fair attracts many members of antique forums in Vietnam. Some people go to the fair to see antiques not to buy or just to buy simple items like pedals and spare parts of old bikes.

This year, the fair was held in early October.
