The city’s standout culinary culture is not only a highlight in local tourism development, but also brings along economic effects as well as promoting its international integration. But in fact, its cuisine is considered an industry, not a key factor to lure tourists to the city.

Relevant authorities are asked to invest more into promoting Hanoi’s culinary culture at domestic and international tourism events, while connecting tourism and culinary industry to fully tap the city’s potential.
