According to the report by the Hanoi Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, announced today, the highest Tet bonus in the capital city belongs to a private business, with VND74.5 million/person.
The highest Tet bonus of the foreign invested sector (FDI) in Hanoi is VND66.7 million.
The private sector also takes the lead in the average Tet bonus with VND3.74 million/worker, down 8.2% from the previous year. For the FDI sector, the average is VND3.71 million, down 12%.
The average Tet bonus of the group of state-owned one-member limited companies is VND3.17 million, down 14.5% over the previous year. In particular, the highest Tet reward in this group is VND30 million.
The group of enterprises that have part of State capital has the lowest average Tet bonus, VND3.15 million, down 7.69% from the 2011. The highest Tet bonus of this group is VND34.2 million.
The report also showed that the lowest Tet bonus of enterprises in Hanoi is only VND200,000 ($10)/worker.
For the Western New Year, the highest bonus belongs to a state-owned one-member limited company, with VND8 million.
According to the Hanoi Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, of 300 firms that are requested to submit reports on Tet bonus, only 120 sent feedback by December 24. The deadline is December 30.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the highest Tet bonus belongs to a consumer good company, with VND400 million ($20,000)/person.
Earlier, an FDI firm announced the highest Tet bonus of up to VND217 million ($10,000).
