Thirteen teams will compete across 19 stages totalling 2,100km in the event.

The winner of the tournament will take home VND100 million (US$4,400), while the runners-up will get VND50 million ($2,200) and VND30 million ($1,300).

The winning team will receive VND80 million ($3,500).

The annual event aims to mark the 41st anniversary of the southern liberation and the country’s reunification day.
