The department of Culture & Sport in HCM City and Phu Tho Tourism & Service Corp -Dam Sen Culture Park jointly organized the HCM City Open Unicorn, Lion, Dragon dance championship 2016 starting December 10 to 31.

The championship aims to preserve traditional culture and introduce folk arts to tourists and the city's residents during Tet holidays.

The event takes place on every Saturday and Sunday in December.

It brings 50 troupes together from the neiboring provinces and HCMC such as Hang Anh Duong, Lam Minh, Phuoc Duyen Duong...

On January 1, the winning troupes are expected to show off their skills at Dam Sen Culture Park to celerate the New Year 2017.
