The event will take place at Ho Xuan Huong Gymnasium in District 3.

The first USC event will feature 10 top Muay Thai fighters of the country including Le Hoang Duc, defending world champion in the men’s 51kg and Huynh Ha Huu Hieu, defending world champion in the women’s 48kg.

The annual youth event will feature 150 players from 15 teams, competing in 15 categories in different age groups.

“The event is a chance for young fighters to show their passion for martial arts. It is also a preview for international events to be held in Vietnam,” said Giap Trung Thang, general secretary of HCM City’s Muay Federation.

Following this event, a fight night for the second USC event will be held in HCM City on December 23 at Nguyen Du Gymnasium in District 1.
