The decision to prosecute and detain Y Nuen Ayun has been approved by the provincial People's Procuracy.

During a search of the suspect’s residence, authorities seized multiple items and documents believed to be connected to illegal activities.

Initial investigations revealed that since 2019, Y Nuen Ayun had been involved with the so-called "Evangelical Church of Christ in the Central Highlands" - a group identified by authorities as an anti-government organization operating under the guise of religion to undermine national security.

By 2021, Y Nuen Ayun had been elected head of the organization’s executive board.

He repeatedly provided fabricated information about religious activities in the Central Highlands, falsely accusing authorities of harassing and oppressing followers of the “Church of Christ.”

He also participated in online meetings and religious services, organizing prayer sessions under a religious pretext while actually conducting anti-government activities.

Authorities allege he spread propaganda, recruited others to join subversive operations, and continued organizing illegal activities despite multiple warnings and attempts at outreach from local authorities.

Despite being educated and warned multiple times, Y Nuen Ayun persisted in directing unlawful operations, encouraging members of ethnic minority communities to engage in activities guided by exiled reactionary forces, including the Fulro separatist movement.

He is also accused of inciting division between local residents and government authorities, the armed forces, and between followers of different religions.
