Well implementing the propaganda of the country’s sea and islands, dissemination and education of the law for the people, promptly informing the people its operations, in recent years the High Command of Coast Guard Region 4 has regularly maintained contact and coordinated with more than 15 news agencies to publish many high-quality articles and reports, contributing to promoting the strength of the people and the country in the cause of protecting sovereignty, sovereignty right and national jurisdiction at sea.

In order to strengthen the relationship between the Vietnam Coast Guard in general and the High Command of Coast Guard Region 4 in particular with the central and local news agencies in the southwestern region and at the same time to encourage news agencies, newspapers and reporters to step up propaganda about the country’s sea and islands, the results of implementing the tasks of the High Command of Vietnam Coast Guard, building the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers - the coast guards in the hearts of the people. 

The High Command of Coast Guard Region 4 sent a working group to visit and congratulate news agencies in the southwestern region and Ho Chi Minh City on the occasion of the Vietnam Press Day. 

Mr. Le Quoc Hung - Director of the Voice of Vietnam’s representative office in the Mekong Delta believes that the coordination between newspapers and radio and the High Command of Coast Guard Region 4 will be more cohesive and closer.
