The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa province will coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market and the Cultural Festival "Highland Flavors" 2023.

The series of events will take place from November 11 to 13, 2023 in Thuong Xuan district, introducing many unique art programs of ethnic minorities in 11 mountainous districts in Thanh Hoa province.

The Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market and the Cultural Festival "Highland Flavors" not only promote and preserve the unique identity of ethnic minorities in the area, but are also an opportunity for Thanh Hoa province to introduce and promotes the strengths of culture, customs, practices, cuisine and specialty products of people in Thanh Hoa’s mountainous area, through which promoting trade and developing tourism, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of people in remote areas and ethnic minority areas.

In addition to the preparations for the Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market and the Cultural Festival "Highland Flavors", relevant organizations of Thanh Hoa province are strengthening coordination to ensure safety and food hygiene, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and pay special attention to the element of national identity in activities at the festival.
