Archaeologists have suggested authorities restore a canal system in Ho Citadel in the central province of Thanh Hoa.
The excavation of a 14th century citadel in the central province of ThanhHóa kicked off yesterday (April 15).
Hundreds of artefacts dating back to the 10th century have been discovered in Vinh Long commune, Vinh Loc district in the central province of Thanh Hoa, about 1 km to the southeast of the Ho Dynasty Citadel.

VietNamNet Bridge – A relic of the Ho dynasty, the Ho Citadel has been recognised as a World Culture Heritage site by UNESCO since 2011. Restoration of the relic, however, faces the dilemma of complying with the rules on protecting the heritage
