Dac was dismissed, according to officials, due to his mismanagement and his lacking responsibility, resulting in serious consequences in the organization of the national high school examinations in 2017 and 2018, and allowing multiple officials of the provincial Department of Education and Training to raise the scores of students’ test papers, the local media reported.
In July, the Hoa Binh Party Inspection Committee proposed the provincial Party Committee dismiss Dac, who was also chairman of the council and vice chairman of the steering committee for the 2018 national high school exam in the province.
According to the committee, Dac must be held responsible for violations in the organization of exams in Hoa Binh, as these violations caused serious consequences, damaging public trust in the local authorities and education sector.
On November 5, the Party Central Committee's Secretariat removed Dac from all Party positions.
Dac held the position as head of the Hoa Binh Department of Education and Training since 2014. SGT
