VietNamNet Bridge – Thai coach Dusit Chalermsan resigned after his team was defeated by Song Lam Nghe An last week. He left Vietnam on May 1.

According to Hoang Anh Gia Lai FC’s officials, Dusit offered resignation twice within a week, after his team was trounced by Ninh Binh (0-3) and Song Lam Nghe An (0-1) in the last round of the first leg of V-League 2011.
The club approved Dusit’s resignation on May 1. The Thai coach left Vietnam the same day. Dusit will work for Hoang Anh Bangkok Company, a subsidiary of the Hoang Anh Gia Lai group in Thailand.
Hoang Anh Gia Lai has appointed Huynh Van Anh, manager of Hoang Anh Gia Lai FC’s young talented football teams, as the new coach and Nguyen Quoc Tuan, coach of the club’s U21 team as coach assistant.
After 13 matches in the first leg of V-League 2011, Hoang Anh Gia Lai had only four winning matches, three draws and six losing games, earning 15 points and ranking 11th.

After changing the coach, the team went to HCM City for training. Hoang Anh Gia Lai will face SHB Da Nang on May 15.
A day after Dusit left Vietnam, the Portuguese coach of Binh Duong FC – Ricardo Formosinho - also resigned. He was replaced by Vietnamese coach Dang Tran Chinh. Binh Duong FC has had 15 points after 13 matches, ranking 9th.
