VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnamese contestant Hoang My did not enter the top 23 of the Talent Audition competition of the Miss World 2012 pageant on July 21.

On July 21, contestants practiced on the catwalk and competed in the Talent Audition competition.

Hoang My played piano and sang “I’ve never been to me” by Kenneth William Hirsch - Ron Miller.

There was no piano in the competition room so the jury and other contestants had to observe Hoang My’s performance in the hotel corridor. My failed the competition but she said she was not sad because this competition was not her forte. “I will never forget the moment that I played piano and sang for many people at the hotel corridor at the Miss World pageant,” she said.

The jury selected 23 contestants for the finale of Talent Audition on August 10, including the representatives of Bahamas, China, Panama, Philippines, Virgin Islands, Czech, Israel, Brazil, Norway, Italy, Paraguay, St Kitts and Nevis, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Macau, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Jamaica, Curacao, the USA and Dominica Republic.

Other challenge events of the Miss World 2012 include: Designer Award, Beach Beauty, Sports and Fitness, Performing Talent, Top Model, Multimedia Award, and Beauty with a Purpose Award.
