VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnamese player Ly Hoang Nam will take part in 10 international young tennis tournaments in preparation for Australia Open 2014.

As scheduled, he will compete in China, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Mexico, USA, Costa Rica and Venezuela to learn more experience and accumulate points.

Nam is placed 142nd in the International Tennis Federation (ITF) ranks.

He returned to Vietnam on August 25 after winning a gold medal in the men’s tennis single at the recent Asian Youth Games in China.

He received US$2,000 from the Vietnam Tennis Federation (VTF) and Vietravel tourist company while his coach Tran Duc Quynh got US$1,000.
