The occasion will be held at the An Hoi Sculpture Garden and will provide a chance for visitors to experience both Korean and Vietnamese culture and cuisine.
Visitors will therefore join the event to make kimchi and lanterns, try on hanbok, play folk games, and draw masks.
One Commune One Product (OCOP) products, hand-made items, and souvenirs of Hoi An city will be showcased during the course of the one-day event.
Furthermore, a K-Pop dance performance is expected to bring a festive atmosphere to the UNESCO-recognised world heritage city. A music gala will conclude the Korean cultural day in Hoi An, drawing the participation of Korean singer Jinju, Unwreckable, and SDG Crew dance groups, along with several famous Vietnamese artists.
The Korean cultural day was first held in the central province of Quang Nam back in 2017. The annual event attracts thousands of local residents, along with Korean and other foreign tourists every year.
