The home affairs ministry will also have to work with the Ministry of Finance and the People's Supreme Court to draft salary reforms for employees of the court.

Also, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs with studying the minimum wage adjustment to make sure it is conducted in line with production and with workers' minimum needs.

The Ministry of Defense will create the basic salary rate and other supporting policies for employees of the public security and defense areas.

Other agencies have been assigned with studying social insurance reform initiatives to balance the social insurance fund, in a long term perspective.

Beginning January 1, 2016, the government will adjust the minimum wage to ensure it meets social and economic circumstances, is affordable for businesses, and meets minimum spending needs.
