Starting September 21, four stocks will be included on the warning list, comprising VMD of Vimedimex Medi-Pharma JSC, DAG of Dong A Plastic JSC, LEC of Central Power Real Estate JSC, and SJF of Sunstar Investment JSC.

These companies have delayed the submission of their semi-annual audited financial statements by more than 15 days, according to HOSE.

POM of Pomina Steel Corporation will also be placed on the warning list from September 22 for the same reason. Additionally, ASP shares of An Pha Petro JSC will be listed due to multiple violations of information disclosure regulations within a year.

EVG of EverLand Group JSC remains on the list because its semi-annual audited financial statement was not fully approved by the audit organization.

Meanwhile, the Hanoi Stock Exchange has opted to suspend trading in TKC shares of Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation, effective from September 25.

The trading suspension is a consequence of TKC’s delay in disclosing a series of documents, including the second quarter 2023 audited financial report, the semi-annual company management report for 2023, and the audited financial report for 2023. Currently, the stock is under trading supervision status.
