LH-SEED of Lac Hong University and CN DT04 of the Hanoi University of Industry won the third prize at Robocon 2015 held on May 17.
The winning team will represent Viet Nam at the 2015 Asia-Pacific Robot Contest in Indonesia on August 21-25.
Meanwhile, FR1 received an award of VND50 million (US$2,380) from the Vietnam Television, $1,400 from the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, and VND20 million ($952) for the best solution.
The 14th Viet Nam Robocon was sponsored by Toyota Viet Nam and Viet Nam Television.
