Slated for a 2026 debut, this project will introduce the first Luxury Collection Residences in Asia Pacific, expanding Marriott's prestigious brand into the vibrant region of Southeast Asia.
A new era of luxury in Southeast Asia
Located on the scenic Non Nuoc Beach, between the bustling city of Danang and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An, Arbora promises to offer a luxurious blend of modern amenities and the rich cultural heritage of Central Vietnam. This new venture includes a resort and a collection of residences, designed to provide an unparalleled living experience.
“The Residences at Arbora are set to redefine luxury living in the region, merging the elegance of Hoi An’s cultural heritage with contemporary design,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, Chairwoman of IFF Holdings. “Our aim is to capture the essence of a bygone era while offering modern, sophisticated amenities.”
The project is designed by Maps Design, with landscapes by Cooper Hill and interiors by HBA. It will feature 220 hotel rooms, 12 hotel villas, 63 residential villas, and 74 residential sky villas, each equipped with private lifts and pools. These residences are crafted to provide a serene and luxurious living environment, reflecting the area’s natural beauty.
Ms. Penny Trinh, Vice President of Mixed-Use Development for Asia Pacific at Marriott International, expressed her excitement about the project.
“Asia Pacific continues to be an extremely desirable destination for our global explorers. It is a natural next step that we are expanding The Luxury Collection brand in the region and are introducing the first Luxury Collection Residences to Asia Pacific. The Luxury Collection promises unique experiences in captivating destinations, and this new development is poised to celebrate the authentic and indigenous charm of Vietnam.”
Arbora is poised to become a culinary hotspot, with dining options ranging from Hotaru, an Omakase restaurant featuring a Japanese whiskey bar, to The Last Wave, a beachfront restaurant offering the tranquil charm of Vietnamese coastal life. Each dining venue is designed to provide a unique culinary journey in a luxurious setting.
In addition to its culinary offerings, the resort will feature a comprehensive wellness center spanning over 2,000 square meters, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a modern conference and art exhibition center covering 1,500 square meters. These facilities aim to promote health, wellness, and cultural interaction.
