Congestion was worse on roads from Ha DongDistrict to the city center and on Nguyen Trai, Khuat Duy Tien, Le Van Luong, and Nguyen Xien streets.

To escape the crowds, many motorcycles struggled to find a way out by going back up the street for kilometers, making the situation worse.
