From 6 am, the flow of people and vehicles from An Suong crossroads, the roads of Phan Van Hon, Nguyen Van Qua, Phan Huy Ich ... to Truong Chinh Road to enter the city center and vice versa. The wide road with three lanes for cars and one for motorbikes is always congested from 6am to 9am.
