board confirms of small cracks of over one meter long on the major dam.

Local authorities and residents say that the water current leaked through
cracks is much stronger than the 30l/second flow reported by the plant management board.
The plant has sent workers to fix cracks. Experts of the hydropower plant 3
management board, the investor of Song Tranh 2 plant, made a field trip at the dam on March 20.
