The event is set to take place across eight provinces and cities nationwide including Hanoi, Da Nang, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Thua Thien-Hue and Quang Nam.
Yoga is a 5,000-year-old practice from India that combines physical, mental and spiritual activities to achieve the harmony of body and mind.
Recognizing its benefits and popularity, the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 2014 proclaimed June 21 every year as the International Day of Yoga.
