The Vietnam International Fashion Week (VIFW)) Fall-Winter season will unveil latest creations by 23 local and foreign designers in 20 shows at the National Convention Center in Hanoi from November 1 to 6.





Veteran designer Nguyen Cong Tri will open the event, followed by Devon Nguyen, Xuan Le, Gina Le, Ngoc Le, Thuy Nguyen, Giao Linh, Phuong My, Priyo Oktaviano (Malaysia), Julien Fournié (France), Frederick Lee (Singapore), Joe Chia (Malaysia), Canifa, PNJ, Oche, Tiny Ink by Hoang Quyen, Ao dai ABC by Dinh Van Tho, Luala, I Hate Fashion by Victoria Huyen Nguyen, 21 six, BoB, and Atelier Chardon Savard.

Winners of the Vietnam Project Runway fashion competition will join hands with Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand to create a coffee-inspired collection.

Le Thi Quynh Trang, chairwoman of the VIFW, said visitors could buy their favorite fashion items after the shows. All the creations at the fashion week will be displayed for public viewing at Trang Tien Plaza in Hanoi.

The organizer will also hold a “best street style” contest for local fashionistas to show their creations.
