Two newly leaked images, believed to belong to the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, have revealed potential color options, including blue and orange.
The images show USB-C port components in two color variants: one in orange and the other in blue. This follows a series of recent leaks about the iPhone 17’s Camera Control button, rumored to come in unexpected colors. However, the new pictures do not match the Camera Control ribbon cable and instead point to USB-C port modules.
The leaked colors align with earlier reports suggesting that the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will come in four main finishes this year: orange, blue, white, and black. Notably, the blue shade in the new leak appears brighter and fresher than in previous reports, though this could be due to poor image quality, a common trait of tech leaks.
The source of this leak is the account “pipfix,” also known as LusiRoy8. However, this leaker has no established track record for reliable Apple product information, meaning the credibility of these photos remains uncertain.
Even so, the emergence of orange and blue supports predictions that Apple is refreshing the iPhone 17 Pro lineup’s color palette. Adding a bold hue like orange could help differentiate this year’s flagship from previous generations, which leaned heavily on neutral tones.
Apple will officially unveil the iPhone 17 series and its full range of colors at its annual “Awe Dropping” event on September 9 (September 10 Vietnam time). The launch will reveal whether the design, color, and feature updates are compelling enough to drive upgrades in a competitive smartphone market where buyers are increasingly cautious with spending.
