The project was undertaken within a large tourism promotion campaign to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan this year, the JNTO said in a statement issued on February 14.
The MV features images of Dong Nhi and her family during their trip to Japan as tourism ambassadors. This gave her family the chance to discover Japanese culture, visit popular destinations, and enjoy delicious food.
The JNTO hopes that the MV will contribute to boosting Vietnamese people's demand to travel to Japan, serving to create greater momentum towards the 50th anniversary.
The tourism organisation also noted that Vietnam ranked first in terms of the number of foreign visitors to Japan in the first eight months of 2022 with over 160,000 arrivals.
