On his personal YouTube channel with hundreds of thousand of followers, he regularly shares videos about his travel and culinary experiences in Hanoi and other Vietnamese provinces.

In a recent video, Papaken and his two kids visit a restaurant located far from the city center to enjoy pho. This dining spot was recommended by YouTube users on his channel.

The pho restaurant is located on An Duong Vuong Street in Tay Ho district, about 10 kilometers from the old quarter. He said the restaurant had received positive reviews on Google.

Arriving at around midday, Papaken and his children, Michan and Kaikun, were surprised to see a large crowd, with many customers standing in long lines waiting for their turn.

"The restaurant only opens from the morning until 1pm. There are still customers waiting an hiur before closing. If local diners like pho there so much, it must be delicious," Papaken said.

Papaken ordered two servings of Pho Tai Chin (Noodle soup with eye round steak and well-done brisket), VND40,000 each, and one serving of special pho, priced at VND70,000, and three iced teas, apfor VND15,000.

As the steaming hot pho was served, Michan and Kaikun said, "It looks so great!" Papaken noted that the restaurant used thin noodles, his favorite.

The Japanese visitor praised the Pho for its delicious flavor, rich broth, and the distinctive aroma.

He revealed that he had tried many pho versions in the old quarter with different tastes, but this was the most delicious.

"At some restaurants, there is the strong scent of spices like star anise and cinnamon, while others are rich in beef flavor. At this restaurant, it has a very clear beef taste. This is exactly what I really like," Papaken said.

He also praised the variety and freshness of the deeply marinated beef. "The pho is delicious, and so is the beef," he added.

Papaken noted that the special serving was served with lots of meat, so the price of VND70,000 was low. He said the prices are possibly lower because the restaurant is not in a central area.
