At a press conference held on December 1, the Japanese artist shared a video expressing how he was looking forward to his first ever performance in Vietnam.

Kensaku Satou is a famous Taiko drummer of Japan. He performed at the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France and has toured in different countries throughout Europe, Africa, and North America.

Most of his works are based on Japanese mythology and represent the old essence of Japanese spirituality. 

Senzen is a contemporary ballet dance performance that will grace the iconic stage of the Saigon Opera House on December 16 - 17. The event is part of activities to celebrate 50 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan.

The Japanese artist will hold an exchange alongside students at the Conservatory of Ho Chi Minh City following his performance.
