VietNamNet Bridge – Regional swimmers will compete in the Southeast Asia Age-Groups Swimming Championships at Da Nang Swimming Club from December 4 to 6.

The Viet Nam Aquatic Sport Association said 262 athletes will contest in three boy's and girl's age groups of under-13, from 14-15 and from 16-18 for 105 sets of medals.

Singapore will be the largest team with 67 athletes, while Viet Nam and Thailand will send 52 and 47 competitors, respectively.

At the 2014 championship in Singapore, prodigy Nguyen Thi Anh Vien bagged nine gold medals and set nine records for Viet Nam.

Singapore won last year's competition with 44 gold medals.
