Khanh Hoa attractions reopened to visitors
Ponagar Tower and Hon Chong tourist site in the southern central province of Khanh Hoa have been recommenced after being sterilised for coronavirus prevention.

The sites were reopened from today, February 7.
The places were shut on February 4 to carry out sterilisation amid the rapid spread of coronavirus.
Ponagar Tower and Hon Chong are among Khanh Hoa’s major tourist attractions, luring many visitors, including foreigners.
Each year, Ponagar Tower welcomes around 500,000-600,000 foreign travellers.
Since the coronavirus outbreak, the number of tourists to Ponagar Tower has dropped by 80% with the majority being Chinese.
