Quang Binh, the land in Vietnam’s central region, is expected to have a new life as it has become the homeland of Kong and the area where many big real estate groups have landed.
Jordan Vogt-Roberts, director of the new Hollywood blockbuster Kong: Skull Island, was voted Việt Nam’s next tourism ambassador by a 13-member council.
VietNamNet Bridge – The central province of Quang Binh is looking to cash in on the Hollywood film King Kong, new flights and being home to the world’s largest cave, Son Doong.
Director Vogt-Roberts of “Kong: Skull Island” movie on March 4posted a photo with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on his Facebook page. The photo was taken at a restaurant in Bai Dinh, Ninh Binh Province.
The movie Kong: Skull Island begins filming in Viet Nam today.
The technical crew for Legendary Pictures arrived in Ninh Binh Province on Wednesday to prepare for the company's new film, Kong: Skull Island or Titan, the upcoming King Kong prequel.
