Models appear on stage wearing Ao Dai and Hanbok.

Nguyen Van Thang, President of the Vietnam-RoK Friendship Association in Hanoi, said the fashion show aims to strengthen solidarity and friendship ties between both nations.

The event offers guests the chance to gain a better understanding of the culture of each country.

As well as enhancing learning, the show also marks the 20th anniversary of Hanoi being recognised as a “City for Peace”, he noted.

Jung Tae-won, director of the Blue Reborn campaign, said that culture serves as a bridge connecting people all around the world, with the Passion Show in Hanoi providing a space for people from different cultures to meet, share, and deepen their mutual understanding of on another. 

The highlight of the Passion Show was a fashion display which showcased the unique features of the Ao Dai and Hanbok. The models used in the show were not professionals, but businesswomen from both Vietnam and the RoK.

The event also included Korean traditional martial arts and other art performances.
