The Republic of Korea’s Joo Won starring in the hit KBS drama “Good Doctor” will arrive at Ho Chi Minh City on January 30 to meet with his Vietnamese fans.

Born in 1987, Joo Won is a successful Korean actor with an eclectic repertoire of professional experience.

Best known for his roles in TV dramas Baker King Kim Tak Goo and Ojakgyo Family, the young star began his acting career on the musical stage.

As he gained popularity from his performance in shows likes Spring Awakening, Grease, and a Korean version of Altar Boyz, Joo Won broke into TV, then into movies, including Special Investigation Unit (2011), and Don't Click (2012).

For his role in Baker King Kim Tak Goo, Joo Won was nominated for a KBS Drama Award for Best New Actor.

In addition, Vietnamese fans will also have chance to meet Korean band T-ara at their minishow in Ho Chi Minh City on January 9.
