Two ships of the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN), the ROKS Choi Young and ROKS Cheon-ji docked at Ho Chi Minh City’s port on December 3, commencing a four-day visit to the southern city.

Rear Admiral Chun Jung Soo leads the ships with 30 officers and 331 sailors on board.

During the stay, the officers and crewmembers are scheduled to pay a courtesy visit to leaders of the municipal People’s Committee and call on the Commands of Military Zone 7 and the Naval Zone 2.

They will also participate in friendly volleyball matches with officials and trainees at the Naval Technical College, as well as tour the sights in the city.
