Korean stars to sing for free in Vietnam
Thousands of young people waited for their idols at the National
Convention Center several hours before the show.
Excellent dances, young and eye-catching singers, impressive costumes and popular hits were among the factors that attract the audience.
In its third show in Vietnam, Super Junior still sang Super man, Mr. Simple, Memories and Sorry sorry. BEAST performed Shock twice. IU performed Good day, You and I; CNBLUE with I’m alone, Intuition, Love Girl; Secret with Shy Boy, Moonlight Starlight, Love is move; MBLAQ with Oh Yeah, Mona Lisa and It’s War; Sistar with How dare you, Ma boy and So cool. Davichi sang Don’t say Goodbye, 8282. The performance between Vietnam’s Minh Quan and BEAST was canceled but it was compensated by “Love in Hanoi” by singer Cheondung of MBLAQ and Hyorin of Sistar.
Two Vietnamese singers in the show were Minh Quan and Ho Quynh Huong, who performed a famous Korean song in Korean language.
Light and stage design are plus points for the Vietnam-South Korea Festival.
The show is a success in general. However, as a free show, the audience could not seek tickets while tickets were sold in the black market for several million dong/pairs. The show also opened nearly one hour late.
