VietNamNet Bridge – The Vietnamese Government has issued a new five year pilot policy program to collect a refundable deposit of US$4,800 from a laborer prior to leaving for work in South Korea.

Laborers expect to hear something from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) about the policies on assisting and laborers in the context of the unemployment rate increase.
