VietNamNet Bridge – From 2015, application forms for the issuance of land-use certificate and other licences by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment would be processed via the Internet, said deputy minister Nguyen Manh Hien on Tuesday.


Also, as part of administrative reforms at the ministry, from the start of this month, the time needed to process land-use certificates will be 33 days instead of 50 days as previously.


The ministry reported that it has simplified 258 administrative procedures in the last three years, cutting down 50 per cent of the fees for administration process, saving about VND1 trillion (US$49 million).
