Some leading hotels in HCM City have prepared special treats to serve diners on the occasion of the upcoming Easter Day on March 27.
Caravelle Saigon, 19-23 Lam Son Square, District 1, HCM City:
Nineteen restaurant on the ground floor offers everyone an Easter Sunday Brunch featuring garden salads to deluxe cold cuts, and fresh and cooked-to-order seafood like smoked salmon, oysters and fish roe.
Diners can savor roast boneless rabbit in red wine sauce and stop by the prime meat grill station for barbecue treats. There is a dessert corner where guests can find stuffed dark chocolate Easter eggs and more.

There is an Easter Extravagant Seafood Buffet Dinner at La Brasserie restaurant on level 2 of the hotel.
Guests can taste lavish seafood including imported oysters, mussels, lobsters, crabs and salmons, and an array of Easter-inspired desserts. All children will be treated to Easter Bunnies when dining on Easter Day.

Kids under six can enjoy free breakfast buffet and one Easter lunch buffet (with Easter egg hunts and egg painting) at Parkview. The price starts at VND3,040,000 per night.
On Easter Sunday, March 27, Parkview will host an egg hunt and egg-painting corner for kiddies who dine with their parents. Easter Brunch fare includes fresh seafood and traditional dishes of roasted lamb, honey-glazed ham and Boston lobster.
