Da Nang makes plan to become 'livable city'

Calling Da Nang a first-rate city with a coastal and riverside urban development model, Tran Ngoc Chinh, Chair of the Vietnam Urban Development Planning Association, affirmed that the city has all necessary conditions to become a livable city.
